Irana Jafarava
Founder | Music Educator | Performer
My name is Irana Jafarava, and I’m the founder of iMusic Lab, a modern music school based in Dubai.
Originally from Baku and raised in Belarus, music has been my passion since childhood. I graduated from music school in piano and vocal, studied early childhood and primary education, then continued my studies at the Institute of Culture and Arts, majoring in vocal performance and piano. I was:
- A finalist on the national music TV project “Singing Cities” on CTV
- A participant in other TV shows
- A laureate of numerous international and national music competitions
Since 2017, I’ve been living in Dubai and have fully dedicated my life to music. For 5 years, I taught vocal and piano to students aged 4 to 60, from all over the world. My students successfully pass prestigious international music exams such as:
- ABRSM – The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music in London
- Trinity Rock & Pop
- MTB exams
…helping them progress professionally and enter top music colleges worldwide.
In 2023, I launched my own school, iMusic Lab, where we don’t just teach, but help students express their individuality through music, performance, and creativity. We host lessons, concerts, creative events, and collaborations with other musicians and instruments.
Currently, the school is developing exciting collaborations with well-known composers and arrangers who have worked with artists like Anna Asti, Alsou, Lyusya Chebotina, IOWA, and more.
We are also launching a new department focused on speech training, diction, and stage confidence to help students feel free, expressive, and fearless on stage.
My mission is to inspire, empower, and develop every student’s talent through music.

Khurshid Aziz
Virtuoso Pianist | Composer | Piano & Arrangement Specialist
He won many national and international competitions. At the Conservatory he started doing his own arrangements. He made arrangements and new editions of works by C.Saint-Saens, N.Rimsky-Korsakov and A.Khachaturian. Also he made an absolute vistuoso arrangement of H.Otahal’s “Bumble-Boogie” with elements of different composers.

Yekaterina Popova
Singer-songwriter, Vocals/Piano Teacher
A 31-year-old singer-songwriter and dedicated Vocals/Piano teacher, was born and raised in Kazakhstan and has been living in Dubai since 2015. Passionate about music from the age of three, she studied music theory, piano, and vocals for 14 years. A Grand Finalist of X Factor KZ 2011, Yekaterina has performed at numerous concerts and events, gaining deep insight into the skills required beyond theory. Since 2018, she has been teaching with a personal approach tailored to each student’s strengths and abilities, bringing positive energy, creativity, and inspiration to learners of all ages.
Uliana Ivanova
Pianist
A pianist, accompanist, and educator with over 15 years of experience across Russia, Kazakhstan, and the UAE, she is a graduate of the Altai State Academy of Arts and Culture. She has performed as both a soloist and collaborative pianist in concerts, recitals, and competitions, while specializing in piano, accompaniment, and music theory.
Dedicated to teaching students of all ages, she combines technical precision with musical expression to build confidence and creativity. Her students are guided toward strong performance skills, exam readiness, and a lifelong love for music, inspiring them to grow as both musicians and individuals.
Kristina Hutsava
Vocalist, Pianist, and Music Teacher
With over a decade of international experience as a Vocalist, Pianist, and Music Teacher, Kristina Hutsava brings passion and professionalism to every lesson. Based in Dubai, she offers personalized Vocal and Piano classes for both kids and adults – either at your home or in a fully equipped music studio. Specialized in preparing students for ABRSM and Trinity exams, she combines technical mastery with creative expression to help learners achieve their musical goals.
