1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iMusic Lab website and services. By registering, purchasing a class, or visiting our website, you accept and agree to these terms, in accordance with UAE laws.
2. Service Scope
iMusic Lab provides music education in:
- Instruments (Piano, Guitar, Drums, Violin)
- Vocal and Stage Coaching
- Acting, Speech Production, and Songwriting
- Online and Offline Courses
- Performance Coaching & Exam Preparation (Trinity, ABRSM, etc.)
3. Enrollments & Payment Policy
- Enrollments are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the chosen plan.
- We accept AED payments via cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or payment links.
- Monthly and term plans must be renewed before expiry to avoid session lapses.
- Fees are non-transferable.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule private classes at least 48 hours in advance.
- Missed group classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- iMusic Lab reserves the right to cancel/reschedule a session in case of unavoidable circumstances, with notice.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered once a class or program has commenced, except in the following:
- Medical emergency (doctor’s certificate required)
- Permanent relocation (proof required)
Refunds (if approved) may be prorated and processed within 15 working days.
6. Student Code of Conduct
All students and visitors are expected to:
- Respect instructors, fellow students, and property
- Dress appropriately for classes
- Avoid disruptive behavior or language
- Maintain punctuality
Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including music arrangements, lesson plans, videos, and logos are the intellectual property of iMusic Lab.
- You may not record, distribute, or share materials without written consent.
- Unauthorized commercial use will be pursued legally.
8. Media Usage Consent
With your written or digital consent, we may use photographs, videos, or performance clips of students for:
- Social media and website promotion
- Educational presentations
- Event reels and publicity
Consent is optional and can be withdrawn anytime.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, iMusic Lab is not liable for:
- Personal injuries due to negligence outside our premises
- Device or internet issues for online classes
- Loss of personal belongings on-site
10. Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or deny services in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Behavioral misconduct
- Breach of terms or abuse of our platform/services
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
